What costs do I incur when I pre-sell tickets?

The “Pre-sell tickets” function is already included in the Free event package. If you pre-sell tickets yourself or assign a box office for this purpose, there are no additional costs for using this function.

In the Free event package, you can therefore pre-sell tickets free of charge. If you use the Plus or Pro event package, charges apply per ticket sold according to the selected package. As payment is not handled via Eventfrog in this case, there are no fees for payment handling.

This also applies to the payment methods “Pay on-site” and “Prepayment”.
